Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Who we are
Ethereum TV is an archive of Ethereum conference talks, run by Blockchain Bravo OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 17507329), Tartu mnt 67/1, 13B, Harju, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at hello@ethereumtv.co. These terms govern your use of ethereumtv.co.
2. What Ethereum TV is
Ethereum TV collects, organizes, and curates talks from Ethereum conferences and community events. The talks themselves are hosted on YouTube and play here through YouTube's embedded player. We host the catalog: titles, descriptions, speaker and event pages, topics, and curation.
3. Your account
You do not need an account to watch talks. An account lets you save talks, follow speakers and topics, and build a feed. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. You can also link an Ethereum wallet address to your account for sign-in; linking a wallet is optional and does not involve any transaction or payment.
We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass others. We would rather never do this.
4. The videos
Videos are embedded from YouTube and remain subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not host video files, and we do not claim any rights over the talks. Rights remain with their creators, the event organizers, or whoever holds them. If you hold rights to a talk listed here and want it removed or corrected, email hello@ethereumtv.co and we will act promptly.
5. Our content
The catalog we write ourselves, including talk descriptions, curation, and taxonomy, is ours or our contributors'. Parts of the project are published as open source under their own licenses; those licenses govern where they apply. Otherwise you may share and reference our catalog content with attribution. Do not scrape the site in ways that degrade it for others.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other people's accounts, or our infrastructure. Do not use the site to distribute malware or spam. Automated access to public pages is fine at reasonable rates.
7. No advice
Talks on Ethereum TV frequently discuss cryptocurrencies, protocols, and financial topics. They are recordings of conference presentations, not advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice from us.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the archive available and intend to preserve it long-term, including plans for decentralized storage. Still, the service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect damages or for content in embedded videos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes belong to the Estonian courts, unless the consumer-protection law of your home country gives you a mandatory alternative.
